Street Committee Report
Jared advises the plowing went well. They need to replace a
taillight lens on the pickup from a post at the cemetery. The
Mahindra tractor has a blown hydraulic line; he will have a
replacement made. He also wants to purchase a block
heater since it has been so cold, it will not start. The
preliminary cost is a few hundred for the kit and then
installation. Council approved.
Sewer Committee
Jared advised no word on the sludge pump repair. They will
switch them out when it is returned in warmer weather.
Water Committee Report
The chlorine pump was rebuilt for $825 and will be used as
a backup. Jared has Pa Rural Water coming to help locate
the water main leak at Nace and Poplar Street. He thinks it
is somewhere between the Poplar intersection and
Sunbury, this would be the second time at that location.
The broken heater in the chlorine building still needs to be
repaired.
